Welcome to PropertyZo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PropertyZo website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using PropertyZo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About PropertyZo

PropertyZo is an online real-estate platform that enables users to discover, search, list, advertise, and inquire about residential, commercial, land, rental, and other real-estate properties.

PropertyZo primarily acts as a technology platform connecting property seekers, property owners, agents, brokers, builders, developers, and other real-estate professionals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PropertyZo is not a property owner, seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, broker, agent, developer, or party to any property transaction conducted between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable Indian law to use services that require registration or transaction-related activities.

By using PropertyZo, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You have the legal authority to provide information or list a property.

  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.

3. Property Listings

Property listings may be submitted by property owners, brokers, agents, builders, developers, or other third parties.

PropertyZo does not guarantee that:

  • A listed property is available at the time you contact the advertiser.

  • The property description is accurate or complete.

  • The listed price is current.

  • The images accurately represent the current condition of the property.

  • The advertiser has legal ownership or authority to sell, lease, or advertise the property.

  • The property is free from disputes, claims, mortgages, liens, encumbrances, or other legal issues.

Users should independently verify all property-related information and documents before entering into any transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing, renting, leasing, selling, or otherwise transacting in relation to a property.

You should independently verify, where applicable:

  • Ownership and title documents

  • Property registration

  • RERA registration and project details

  • Building approvals and permissions

  • Property tax records

  • Encumbrances and legal disputes

  • Location and measurements

  • Construction status

  • Pricing and applicable charges

  • Seller/agent/builder identity

  • Utility and maintenance obligations

  • Any other information relevant to the proposed transaction

PropertyZo strongly recommends obtaining appropriate legal, financial, tax, and professional advice before entering into a property transaction.

5. Accuracy of Information

PropertyZo makes reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform and provide useful information. However, property information may be provided by third parties and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

PropertyZo does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any listing, advertisement, property information, user information, image, document, price, location, or other content displayed on the Platform.

6. PropertyZo’s Role

PropertyZo is primarily a technology and information platform.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, PropertyZo does not:

  • Negotiate property transactions on behalf of users.

  • Guarantee a transaction between users.

  • Verify ownership of every listed property.

  • Guarantee the credentials of every advertiser.

  • Guarantee the financial capacity of buyers or tenants.

  • Guarantee the quality or condition of any property.

  • Guarantee that a property will remain available.

  • Act as a legal representative of any user.

  • Provide legal, financial, tax, valuation, or investment advice.

Any communication or transaction between users is undertaken at their own discretion and risk.

7. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Protecting access to your account.

  • Updating inaccurate information.

  • Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless you notify PropertyZo of unauthorized access.

PropertyZo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Property Advertisements

Users listing properties must ensure that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading.

Property advertisers must not:

  • List properties they do not have authority to advertise.

  • Publish false or misleading prices.

  • Upload fraudulent or manipulated documents.

  • Use another person’s identity without authorization.

  • Post duplicate listings for deceptive purposes.

  • Publish discriminatory or unlawful content.

  • Use PropertyZo to conduct fraudulent activities.

  • Provide misleading information about ownership, location, size, amenities, possession, approvals, or availability.

PropertyZo may remove, modify, reject, or suspend any listing that it believes violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PropertyZo to:

  • Commit or facilitate fraud.

  • Impersonate another person or organization.

  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.

  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Platform data without permission.

  • Interfere with Platform security or functionality.

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing content.

  • Collect personal information from other users without authorization.

  • Use automated systems to access the Platform in a manner that violates these Terms.

  • Circumvent Platform security or access restrictions.

  • Conduct activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may submit property descriptions, photographs, videos, reviews, comments, documents, contact information, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting content to PropertyZo, you grant PropertyZo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform and its services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

PropertyZo may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The PropertyZo name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, trademarks, service marks, features, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to PropertyZo unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit PropertyZo’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

PropertyZo may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment services, maps, social-media platforms, advertisements, or other services.

PropertyZo does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, availability, or transactions.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

13. Payments and Paid Services

Certain PropertyZo services may be offered on a paid basis, including advertising, featured listings, subscriptions, promotional services, lead-generation services, or other premium services.

Where applicable:

  • Prices and applicable taxes will be displayed before payment.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Additional payment-provider terms may apply.

  • PropertyZo may modify pricing or service packages from time to time.

Refunds, cancellations, and service-specific conditions will be governed by the applicable refund or cancellation policy communicated at the time of purchase.

14. Communication and Leads

By submitting an inquiry or contact request through PropertyZo, you may be contacted by the relevant property advertiser or service provider through available communication channels.

PropertyZo does not guarantee that:

  • An advertiser will respond.

  • A property will remain available.

  • The information provided by the advertiser will be accurate.

  • A transaction will take place.

Users should exercise appropriate caution when sharing personal, financial, or sensitive information.

15. No Guarantee of Transactions

PropertyZo does not guarantee that users will successfully purchase, sell, rent, lease, finance, or otherwise transact in relation to any property listed on the Platform.

Any agreement, payment, negotiation, inspection, documentation, registration, possession, or other transaction between users is solely between the parties involved.

PropertyZo is not responsible for disputes arising between users unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropertyZo provides the Platform and its content on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

PropertyZo does not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.

  • The Platform will be error-free.

  • Listings will always be accurate or current.

  • Content will be complete or reliable.

  • The Platform will meet every user’s specific requirements.

  • Defects or errors will always be corrected immediately.

Nothing on PropertyZo should be considered legal, financial, tax, investment, valuation, or professional advice.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropertyZo and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform.

  • Property listings or advertisements.

  • Transactions between users.

  • Incorrect or misleading information supplied by third parties.

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activities of other users.

  • Third-party services or websites.

  • Loss of data, business, revenue, profits, or opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyZo, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your misuse of the Platform.

  • Your User Content.

  • Your violation of another person’s rights.

  • Your property listing or advertisement.

  • Your transactions or dealings with other users.

  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

19. Suspension and Termination

PropertyZo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or any account if:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  • False or misleading information is submitted.

  • Applicable law requires such action.

  • The Platform or a particular service is discontinued.

  • Other circumstances require action to protect PropertyZo, its users, or third parties.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

20. Privacy

Your use of PropertyZo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable privacy practices.

21. Changes to These Terms

PropertyZo may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of PropertyZo after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PropertyZo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

24. Entire Agreement

25. Acceptance
